Lenten Movie Evening: Amazing Grace will be shown at CMF on Sunday, March 26, at 6:30 PM.

Gather to enjoy Amazing Grace, the story of passion and perseverance to end the British slave trade. John Newton, a reformed slave ship captain who penned the beloved hymn Amazing Grace, inspired urgency to see the cause through.

Popcorn provided. Please bring a favorite snack or soda.

Our Women’s Retreat, a Lifeway Women’s Simulcast, will be held on Saturday, April 29, from 8:00 AM-3:30 PM.

At this one-day, live-streamed event, give God time from your busy schedule to hear His voice, center your heart on His Word, and engage with other women who believe God’s Word changes lives.

Tickets are $35, and include a continental breakfast and full lunch.

Christ and the Passover

Stewart Weinisch, of Jews for Jesus, will share a meaningful presentation of Christ and the Passover with us on Good Friday, April 7, at 6:30 PM.

Fellowship Brunch: After church on Sunday, February 19, all are invited to eat a Fellowship Brunch here together (no Sunday school that day). Like a regular Fellowship meal, only with breakfast food! Bring your favorite breakfast casserole, fruit trays, sticky buns, donuts, sausage, bacon, quiche…the possibilities are endless!  Please bring 2 items to share, with one being a main entrée.

As part of that meal, the Secret Sisters for the past year will finally be revealed!

At this breakfast – the most important part of it is you!

Let’s Roller Skate! On February 18, from 5:00-7:00 PM, people and families of all ages are invited to join us at Trout Pond Park in Hughesville. Come share a fun time and make new church friends as we skate to music (some selected by the youth). Bring a friend, a snack to share, and $2.00 for skate rental.

Try your shaky legs at some family fun, or simply hang out and watch the rolling diversion with your Community Friends!

In this 10-session, verse-by-verse study of 1, 2, and 3 John, Jen Wilkin will help us discover the apostle John’s words challenge us to recall our great salvation and abide in the truth.
